Government is like an eagle with a big eyes without out a physical body making her a spirit!. What you could see her representative the executive, the legislature, and judiciary. No man is a government we're the government not even the presidency.

I pity those that got involved in corrupt practices, the thieves, the arm rubbers, the assassin, the militants, the insurgency and defaulters, the big eyes is watching you only waiting for the day of your reckoning.
